Refund Policy

At Little Yarns, we want you to be completely happy with your handmade purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags or packaging intact.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

  1. Email us at hello@littleyarns.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or send a replacement.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
